摘要
根据区域产业节能减排的绿色发展内涵,重点对四川产业能耗利用状况进行评价,得出近年三次产业结构的变化尤其是第三产业比重的提升,对于区域降低能耗利用未有明显改善作用;同时得出四川近年整体技术创新速度最多维持4年左右静止发展需求,工业技术创新进度相对发展严重落后,甚至停止不前;同时预测得出四川区域近9年的单位产出能耗的控制发展目标,2017—2025年单位能耗目标应控制在0.681~0.566 t标准煤/万元。
According to the connotation of green development of regional industry energy saving and emissionreduction, this paper focus on the evaluation of industrial energy utilization in Sichuan, and draws the conclusion that thethree industrial structure changes in recent years, especially the promotion of the third industry proportion, don't havesignificant improvement for the region to reduce energy consumption. In recent years, the overall technologicalinnovation speed in Sichuan remains in the static development demand in 4 years. The progress of technology innovationdevelopment is lagging behind, and even stopped. At the same time, it can be concluded that the development target ofenergy consumption per unit of output in Sichuan area in recent 9 years should be controlled at 0.681~0.566 t standardcoal/million from 2017 to 2025.
