摘要
从循环经济理论出发,结合其"减量化、再利用、再循环"的基本原则,从经济效益、环境效益和再循环利用效益3个方面,建立了制造业循环经济效率评价指标体系,进而对天津市制造业循环经济效率做出评价,并提出提升天津市制造业循环经济效率的对策建议。
According to the theory of circular economy and the principle of 'decrement, reuse, recycle', the circular economy efficiency evaluation system of manufacturing industry was established from the 3 aspects of economic benefits, environmental benefits and recycling benefits. Then, the paper evaluates the circular economy efficiency of Tianjin manufacturing industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency.
