摘要
研究宁夏奶牛子宫内膜炎致病菌及耐药性。首先选择宁夏区内部分奶牛场(牧场、养殖小区)的70头隐性乳房炎患牛进行调查、采样,采用常规方法对细菌进行分离、培养,结合高智能全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统(VITEK-2 CAMPACT)进行分析。结果表明,70份奶样中检出致病菌85株,细菌总数81株,占90.43%(81/85),酵母样真菌4株,占9.57%(4/85);细菌中革兰氏阳性球菌占细菌总数的40.7%,其中葡萄球菌感染占24.7%;革兰氏阴性杆菌占细菌总数的59.3%,其中大肠杆菌占17.28%,未报道的致病菌有嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌6.17%、放射根瘤菌6.17%、非脱羧勒克菌4.9%、少动鞘氨醇杆菌4.9%;未分离出革兰氏阳性杆菌。15种药物的药敏试验结果表明,病原菌对链霉素、磺胺类、林可胺类药物均已产生不同程度的耐药性,而氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、头孢类药物则呈现较好的抑菌效果;同时对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、放射根瘤菌、非脱羧勒克菌、少动鞘氨醇杆菌进行动物致病性试验,都有不同程度的致病性。
In this study,70 copies of recessive mastitis milk samples from some dairy cow pasture and raising area inNingxia were collected.After isolated and cultured by routine methods,the pathogenic bacteria were identified and their drug resistance was analyzed by VITEK-2 Advanced Expert System(AES).The results showed that 85 strains of pathogen in milk sample were obtained,including 81 strains of bacteria(90.43%,81/85) and 4 strains of yeast-like fungi(9.57%,4/85).The gram-positive accounted for 40.7% of the total number of bacteria,including 24.7% of Staphylococcus;The gram-negative bacteria accounted for 59.3% of the total number of bacteria,including E.coli(17.28%),Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(6.17%),Rhizobium radiobacter(6.17%),Sphingomonas paucimobilis(4.9%) and Leclercia adcarboxglata(4.9%).There was no isolated gram-positive bacilli.Drug sensitive test from 15 kinds of drugs showed that the pathogen had varying degrees of resistance to streptomycin,sulfonamides and lincosamide drugs.While aminoglycosides,quinolones and cephalosporins showed good antibacterial effects.Animal experiment showed that Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,Rhizobium radiobacter,Sphingomonas paucimobilis and Leclercia adcarboxglata all present pathogenicity.
