黄芩苷在鸡胚上对鸡常见病毒AIV、NDV、IBV的作用效果

Effect of baicalin on several fowl viruses in chicken embryos

考察黄芩苷在鸡胚上对鸡常见病毒AIV、NDV、IBV的作用效果,以确定黄芩苷抗病毒的有效浓度。试验共设计2种加药方式,第1组采用最大安全浓度的黄芩苷与鸡胚互作4 h后接种病毒,第2组采用病毒侵染鸡胚4 h后添加最大安全浓度的黄芩苷。结果表明,第1组样品对病毒的阻断效果优于第2组。证明黄芩苷对AIV、NDV、IBV均有一定的抑制作用,在禽病的预防与治疗上具有较高价值。

This test is intended to study the effect of baicalin on several fowl viruses, such as AIV, NDV and IBV in chicken embryos, and determine the concentration of effective antiviral baicalin. Baicalin was administrated at maximal safe concentration before or after the interaction of virus and chicken embryo. The results showed that the addition of baicalin before virus inoculation present better antiviral effect. It is indicated that baicalin could inhibit the proliferation of AIV, NDV and IBV on a certain extent, so it is very valuable on the prevention and treatment of poultry diseases.
