干细胞在肾脏疾病治疗中的应用

摘要 急慢性肾病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,许多难治愈的肾脏疾病发展为终末期肾衰时,传统的治疗方法不能有效缓解肾功能。随着对干细胞研究的逐渐深入,利用干细胞具有自我更新、多向分化潜能和易于转染外源基因等优点,将干细胞应用于治疗肾脏疾病中,分化为肾小管和肾脏实质细胞,参与肾损伤修复,干细胞疗法可能成为肾脏疾病治疗的新措施。笔者等主要对干细胞在肾脏疾病治疗中的应用进行综述。 The incidence of acute and chronic kidney diseases showed an increasing trend, the end-stage of many difficultly cure kidney diseases achieved renal failure, the conventional treatment methods could not effectively alleviate kidney function.Stem cells had self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential, and easily transfected exogenous genes, with the gradual deepening of stem cells research, stem cells have been used in renal disease treatments, differentiated into renal tubular cells and renal parenchyma cells involved in renal injury repairment, indicating that stem cells therapy may be new measures for kidney disease treatments. In this paper, the application of stem cells in kidney disease treatments was reviewed.
