摘要
对HPLC法测定地锦草颗粒中槲皮素含量的测量不确定度进行分析,以找出影响不确定度的因素,对不确定度进行评估,为地锦草颗粒中槲皮素标准限量的制定提供科学依据。
In order to find out the influential factors and assess experimental data of the uncertainty, this paper analysed the uncertainty occurring in quantifying quercetin in Euphorbia humifusa particles by HPLC, so that the limitation standard of quercetin in Euphorbia humifusa particles can be established.
