羊胎盘转移因子康肽对猫免疫功能的影响

Effect of sheep placental transfer factor injection Kangtai on cats' immune function

研究康肽(羊胎盘转移因子)对猫免疫功能的影响。将28只猫分为4组(即对照组,康肽低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组),灌胃不同剂量的康肽,于试验前、后对免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、补体C3、补体C4及WBC、LY、RBC进行测定比较,其中WBC、LY、RBC用自动血液细胞分析仪检测,Ig G、lg M、lg A和补体C3、补体C4分别用Ig G、lg M、lg A试剂盒和补体C3、补体C4试剂盒进行检测。结果表明,康肽能提高猫血清中免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig M、Ig A)、补体(C3、C4)和WBC、LY、RBC的含/数量。提示康肽具有正向调节作用,剂量越大,作用越好。

Objective: To investigate effect of Kangtai(sheep placental transfer factor injection) on cats' immunity. Methods:28 cats were divided into four groups(control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group), then 0.5 m L,1 m L and 2 m L of Kangtai was given to cats in experimental groups by oral, respectively. Before and after administration, the counts of WBC, LY and RBC of all cats were analyzed by automatic blood cell analyzer, meanwhile the levels of Ig G, lg M,lg A, C3 and C4were detected by kits, respectively. Results: Kangtai could improve the cat's immune globulin(Ig G, Ig M, Ig A)levels, complement(C3, C4) levels and the counts of WBC, LY and RBC. Conclusion: Kangtai has a positive role in immunoregulation with a dose-effect relationship.
