加味玉屏风缓释微丸免疫增强作用研究

Study on immunologic enhancement of modified Yupingfeng sustained-release pellets

目的:考察加味玉屏风缓释微丸免疫增强作用。方法:将64只昆明小鼠分成4组,每组16只,雌雄各半,分别为对照组、免疫抑制组、治疗组、阳性对照组,观察加味玉屏风缓释微丸对小鼠血液中白细胞分类计数、T淋巴细胞E-玫瑰花环形成率、T淋巴细胞转化率、嗜中性粒细胞吞噬力、白细胞趋化指数、红细胞免疫力、血清中Ig G含量的影响。结果:加味玉屏风缓释微丸对玫瑰花环形成率、血清中Ig G含量、嗜中性粒细胞吞噬指数、分叶型核所占比例、淋巴细胞转化率、白细胞趋化指数等免疫指标均有不同程度促进作用,具有统计学意义。结论:加味玉屏风缓释微丸具有提高机体免疫功能的作用。

Objective: Study on immunologic enhancement of modified Yupingfeng sustained-release pellets, and provide theoretical and experimental basis for expand application of new dosage forms of TCM in livestock and industry poultry.Methods: 64 Kunming mice were divided into four groups, 16 rats in each group, half male and half female, such as control group, immunosuppressive group, treatment group and positive control group, to determine the white blood cells count, T lymphocyte E-rosette ring number, the transformation rate of T lymphocyte, neutrophil phagocytosis, leukocyte chemotactic index, erythrocyte immunity and the content of serum Ig G. Results: The pellets could promote therosette forming number, the content of Ig G in serum, neutrophil phagocytic index, leaf nuclear proportion, lymphocyte transformation rate, leukocyte chemotactic index and other immune parameters with statistical significance. Conclusion: It confirmed that modified Yupingfeng sustained-release pellets could promote immune function of blood.
