复方中草药对乌苏里貉免疫功能和毛皮品质的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine compound on immune function and fur quality in raccoon dog

本实验将前期实验筛选出的对乳鼠次级毛囊的发育有明显促进作用的复方中草药(黄芪、白芷、荆芥、菟丝子、女贞子、何首乌等6味中草药组成)用于乌苏里貉,观察其对乌苏里貉免疫功能和皮毛品质的影响。结果试验貉血清中免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M、Ig A及补体C3、C4的含量显著增高,14 d时达到峰值,21 d时稍有下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);貉的皮张、针毛和绒毛的长度增加,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,复方中草药可增强乌苏里貉的免疫功能,对乌苏里貉的毛皮品质有显著的促进作用。

Chinese medicine compound selected from the former experience, which play an important role to promote development of secondary follicles in suckling mice was used in this experience. This Chinese medicine compound was composed of six herbs, including Radix Astragali, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Polygonum multiflorum, Cuscuta chinensis,Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. The results showed that the concentrations of Ig G, Ig M and Ig A was significantly increase(P <0.05) in serum of raccoon dog treated with Chinese medicine compound. Their density reached the peak at D14 and started to decline at D21. The tendency was consistent with that of C3 and C4. The skin length and the length of both aciulum and fluff was remarkably increased((P<0.05) in raccoon dog treated with Chinese medicine compound. These indicated that Chinese herbal prescription could enhance the immunity and fur quality of raccoon dog.
