中药白花蛇舌草有效成分的抗肿瘤作用机制研究

近年来国内外研究表明,白花蛇舌草中萜类、蒽醌类、黄酮类、多糖类、甾醇类等活性成分具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,其作用途径较为广泛,可通过抑制肿瘤细胞生长、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、调控细胞能量、增强机体免疫功能等发挥抗肿瘤作用。对中药白花蛇舌草有效成分的抗肿瘤作用机制研究进行综述,旨在为今后研究提供参考。

Herba Hedyotis Diffusae is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic.In recent years,the researches at home and abroad had shown that active constituents such as terpenes,anthraquinones,flavonoids,polysaccharides,sterols,etc.had obvious anti-tumor effects,and their action pathways were extensive,which can inhibit tumor cell growth,induce tumor cell apoptosis,regulates cell energy,and enhances immune function of the body to exert anti-tumor effects.This literature reviewed on the anti-tumor mechanism of active ingredients of thetraditional Chinese medicine Herba Hedyotis Diffusae to provide some reference forreseach.
