小反刍兽疫检测方法研究进展

小反刍兽疫(PPR)是由副黏病毒科麻疹病毒属的小反刍兽疫病毒引起的一种急性、烈性、高度接触性传染病,是严重危害畜牧业安全的重大跨国动物疫病之一。2007年首次传入我国。为配合OIE和FAO在2030年小反刍兽疫的根除计划,我国制定了小反刍兽疫消灭计划(2016-2020年)。因该病目前无有效的治疗方法,加快研制PPRV的有效诊断技术成为小反刍兽疫疫情控制和根除的重要手段和必然要求。本文针对小反刍兽疫病毒现有的检测方法进行概述,以期为该病的有效防控提供参考。

Peste des petits ruminant disease(PPR),the unit of Paramyxovirus virus measles virus,is a highly contagious small ruminant disease caused by peste des petits ruminant virus(PPRV).It is one of the major transnational animal diseases that seriously endanger the safety of animal husbandry and firstly come into China in 2007.In line with the OIE and FAO’s eradication program of PPR by 2030,the national plan for PPR(2016-2010)has been published by our government.However,there was no effective therapy for PPR so that to accelerate the development of effective diagnostic techniques for PPRV had become an important means and inevitable requirement for the control and eradication of PPR.In this paper,we sum up available diagnostic techniques in order to provide reference for the prevention of PPR.
