芪楂口服液中的药材鉴别

Identification of traditional Chinese medicine in Qizha oral liquid

目的:验证新建中药提取工艺是否满足提取黄芪、大黄、苍术主要成分的技术要求。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别芪楂口服液中黄芪、大黄、苍术药材的组分与标准品、对照药材的显色差异。结果:供试品薄层色谱中,与黄芪对照药材、黄芪甲苷标准品溶液相应的位置日光下显示相同的棕褐色的斑点,紫外灯(365 nm)下显示相同的橙黄色的荧光斑点;与大黄酸、大黄酚标准品色谱相应的位置显示相同的橙黄色荧光斑点,置氨蒸气中熏制后,斑点变为红色;与苍术对照药材色谱相应的位置显示相同的一个污绿色主斑。结论:芪楂口服液新建中药提取工艺满足提取黄芪、大黄、苍术等药材的技术要求,芪楂口服液中黄芪、大黄、苍术药材的鉴别呈正反应,符合芪楂口服液质量标准。

Objective:To verify whether the new extraction line meets the technical requirements for extraction of Radix Astragali,Radix Et Rgizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Atractylodis.Methods:TLC was used to identify the difference between the components of Radix Astragali,Radix Et Rgizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Atractylodis in Qizha oral liquid and those of standard and control traditional Chinese medicine.Results:In the sample chromatography,the same brown spots appeared in the sunlight and the same orange fluorescent spots in the ultraviolet lamp(365 nm).The orange-yellow fluorescent spots were displayed in the corresponding positions of rhubarb acid and rhubarphol chromatograph.After the ammonia vapor smoked,the spots become red,corresponding to Rhizoma Atractylodis,a stained green main spot appears to be the same.Conclusion:The newly established extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine in Qizha oral liquid meet the technical requirements for the extraction of Radix Astragali,Radix Et Rgizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Atractylodis.The identification of Radix Astragali,Radix Et Rgizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Atractylodis in Qizha oral liquid was positive and in line with the quality standard of the oral liquid.
