五氯柳胺混悬液抗菌性的研究

Study on antibacterial activity of oxyclozanide suspension

探究五氯柳胺混悬液及其原药的抗菌作用。采用《中华人民共和国药典》规定的5种标准菌株进行生长曲线的测定,同时进行抑菌效力检测和抑菌圈直径的测定。抑菌效力检测结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌的增殖被重度抑制;抑菌圈测定结果表明,1.0 mg/mL五氯柳胺溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑制作用,对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉具有不同程度的抑制作用。提示五氯柳胺具有开发成抗菌剂的潜力,对后期更深入的研究具有重要的参考价值。

To explore the antibacterial effect of the oxyclozanide suspension and its original drug.The growth curves of five standard strains stipulated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were determined,and the bacteriostatic effect and bacteriostatic circle were determined.The results of bacteriostatic effect showed that proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus was seriously inhibited.The results of bacteriostatic circle showed that 1.0 mg/mL oxyclozanide solution had good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger to varying degrees.It showed that oxyclozanide had the potential to develop into antibacterial agents and had important reference value for further research in the later stage.
