高剂量铜对仔猪生长及消化和胴体组成的影响 被引量:9

Effects of high level copper on growth performance, digestion and carcass composition of weanling pigs

摘要 108头杜长大杂交仔猪,按饲养试验要求分为2组,分别饲以添加5、250mg/kg铜(硫酸铜)的相同饲粮,试验为期48d,研究高剂量铜对仔猪生长、消化和胴体组成的影响.结果表明:高剂量铜使仔猪采食量和日增重分别提高了9.91%(P<0.01)和13.04%(P<0.01);使饲粮中粗脂肪表观消化率提高了10.10%(P<0.05),十二指肠内容物中脂肪酶、淀粉酶的总活力分别增高了12.53%(P<0.05)和15.69%(P<0.05);背最长肌的重量增加了13.04%(P<0.05). Experiments with one hundred and eight weanling pigs (Daroc(Landrace(Yorkshine) were used to study the effects of adding 5 mg/kg , 250 mg/kg copper (copper sulfate) into the basic diet on the growth performance, digestion and carcass composition. The results showed that 250 mg/kg copper increased average daily feed intake and average daily gain by 9.91%(P<0.01)and 13.04%(P<0.01)respectively, improved the digestibility of crude ether extract of diet by 10.10%(P<0.05), enhanced the total activities of lipase and amylase in duodenal contents by 12.53%(P<0.05)and 15.69%(P<0.05) respectively. In addition, it is found that 250 mg/kg copper treated groups increased the weight of longissimus dorsi muscle by 13.04%(P<0.05).
