红花黄色素对幼鼠缺氧—复氧损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察幼鼠缺氧 -复氧后脑水肿和脂质过氧化作用的变化及红花黄色素对其影响和意义。方法 :采用 SD幼鼠缺氧 -复氧模型 ,于缺氧前 30 min腹腔注射红花黄色素 (7g生药 / kg体重 )。幼鼠窒息缺氧 4 0 min后 ,再复氧 2 4 h、4 8h,用干湿质量法测定脑组织含水量。以硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛 (MDA )含量 ,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。观察红花黄色素对缺氧 -复氧 2 4 h、4 8h时脑组织含水量、MDA及 SOD活性的影响。结果 :缺氧 -复氧 4 8h时脑组织含水量、MDA含量明显增加 ,而 SOD活性下降 ,红花黄色素能减轻脑组织水肿程度 ,抑制MDA生成 ,增强 SOD活性。结论 :红花黄色素通过减少脂质过氧化作用对缺氧 -复氧脑损伤有保护作用。 Objective:To observe the change of lipid peroxidation and brain edema in hypoxia-reoxigenation neonate,and explore the protection of Safflor Yellow(SY) on them.Methods:Thirty minutes before hypoxia SY 7g/kg weight was administered intraperitoneally.After asphyxia for 40 minutes ,the neonatals were randomly divided into hypoxia-reoxygenation(H-R)24h and 48h,then the water content of neonate brain reflecting brain edema was detected and expressed as the percentage of wet over dry tissue weight;malondialdehyde (MDA)content measured by Thiobarbituric acid and super oxid dismutase(SOD) activity was determined by xanthosine oxidase in H-R24h and H-R48h respectively.Results:Brain water ,MDA content were increased significantly at H-R48h,while SY showed remarkable inhabition to brain water and MDA content.On the other hand,SOD activity decreased at H-R48h,but it was up in SY group.Conclusion:SY provides protection from H-R injury via decreasing the lipid peroxidation.
