摘要
目的 :了解海绵窦区的结构特点 ,为颈动脉海绵窦瘘血管内治疗提供形态学依据。方法 :对 3例新鲜标本用 15 % ABS(丙烯氰、丁二烯、苯乙烯三元共聚塑料 )环己酮溶液作铸型剂灌注 ,饱和次氯酸钠溶液浸泡海绵窦铸型标本。并制作石蜡组织切片 ,观察海绵窦的内外侧壁的层次 ,了解其显微结构。结果 :海绵窦及其交通窦以及海绵窦内神经组织显示良好 ,微小血管显示完全。显微结构显示清晰。结论 :海绵窦是由宽大的主腔及位于外侧壁的很多静脉腔所组成 ,海绵窦内有穿行的神经纤维及颈内动脉及其分支。这些结构与血管内治疗有密切关系。
Objective:To study the structure of the area of the cavernous sinus and provide theoretical basis for interventional therapy of carotid cavernous fistula.Methods: The vascular sources in the area of the cavernous sinus of 3 adult skull bases were studied by the ABS liquid injection,and the structure of the vascular of cavernous sinus were observed. Paraffin wax tissue sections were made to study microanatomy of the cavernous sinus.Results:The contents in the cavernous sinus consist of internal carotid artery and abducent nerve.In fact , the cavernous sinus is a sinus. The lateral wall of cavernous sinus is complicated.There are some small sinus in it. The cavernous segment forms two main branches,namely,the meningohypophyseal trunk and the artery of the inferior cavernous sinus.Conclusion:A profound study on the vascular of the cavernous sinus will provide theoretical basis for further exploration of the etiology,mechanism and treatment of the internal carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula.
