摘要
针对多轮次蒸汽吞吐的情况下 ,胜利油田热采区块套损井数逐年增多的问题 ,分析了不同隔热性能的隔热管对套管温度、热应力分布的影响 ,表明提高隔热管的隔热性能可有效降低套管温度和热应力 ;对隔热管接箍区和封隔器附近套管的温度和热应力进行了计算分析 ,发现在这两个区域套管壁的温度和热应力均大大高于管体区平均值 ,该段套管容易损坏。在此基础上 ,提出采用新型注汽工艺管柱结构。
The casing failure wells in the thermal recovery blocks in Shengli Oil field increase year by year because of the multiple cyclic steam stimulation. The influence of the insulated tubings with various insulation performances on the distribution of the temperature and thermal stress of the casinl is analyzed, and the result shows that the casing temperature and thermal stress can be reduced effectively by improving the insulation performance ' of the insulated tubing. The temperature and thermal stress on the casing at the coupling area of the insulated tubing and near the packers are calculated, and it is found that the temperature and thermal stress of the casing at these two areas are higher than the mean values of that of the whole casing string, therefore this part of the casing string is easy to failure. Thereby measures for preventing casing failure are put forward.
