摘要
通过对汽车道路试验用车轮多维力测量技术进行研究,采用改进型轮幅式结构作为多维力传感部分,在不改变车轮距的前提下实现单胎和双胎安装 提出一种合理的应变片布片和组桥方式,实现多维力解耦测量 研制非接触型信号传输耦合器,使旋转件与非旋转件之间的信号传输可靠且精度高,组成基于车轮力测量的汽车道路试验系统。
The multi-component wheel force measurement technology for the automobile roadway test (ART) is studied. Improved structures in wheel style are used as force sensors, enabling the installation on single or double tyres without changing the wheel space. A reasonable layout and organization method for the strain gauges is provided to realize the decoupling measurement of multi-dimensional force. In the end, intact signal coupler is developed to enable the reliable and accurate transfer of the signal between the nonrotational part and the rotational part. Thus the ART system based on wheel force measurement can realize the measurement of multi-component wheel force.
