摘要
系统地介绍了负顾客排队模型发展的一般过程,特别详尽地分析了具有负顾客的M/G/k和G/M/1这两类服务系统已取得的研究成果和已使用的研究方法与策略,并对部分相互之间有密切联系的模型进行分析和比较说明,突出了所讨论模型之间的差异,展示了其逐步深化研究的方向和所取得的成果 并进一步列举了一些尚待解决的问题。
The developing history of queueing systems with negative customers is introduced. The details of some research methods about the two kinds of queueing systems with negative customer-M/G/k and G/M/1 are analyzed. Some models which have close relations are analyzed and compared. The difference between those models are pointed out and the directions of further study are proposed. In the end, some unsolved problems are listed and the forthcoming developing tendency is discussed.
