摘要
目的 :观察头针“额旁 1线”对氯化钡诱发的实验性心律失常大鼠心率和动脉血压的影响。方法 :针刺氯化钡所致的室性心律失常模型大鼠头皮双侧“额旁 1线”区域 ,并给予电针刺激 ,观察头针治疗前、中、后不同时刻心率和动脉血压的变化。结果 :与正常大鼠比较 ,氯化钡诱发心律失常时大鼠心率显著增快 ,动脉血压升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;头针对心律失常具有明显的改善作用 ,头针“额旁 1线”可有效调整心率 ,降低动脉血压 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :头针对实验性心律失常有显著的缓解作用 ,说明头皮“额旁 1线”作为头部胸腔区域 。
Objective: To establish experimental arrhythmia model induced by Barium Chlorid(BaCl 2) and observe effects of scalp electroacupuncture on heart rate and arterial blood pressure in lateral line 1 on forehead. Methods: Ventricular arrhythmia was induced with BaCl 2 in Wistar rats. Scalp electroacupuncture on the both area of lateral line 1 of forehead was then given. The heart rate and the arterial blood pressure in the rats were recorded. Results: Arrhythmia rats showed a obvious increase of heart rate and arterial blood pressure as compared with those of the normal control group(P<0.01). Scalp electroacupuncture on lateral line 1 of forehead produced a decrease of heart rate and arterial blood pressure respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture has an obviously curative effect on arrhythmia. The area of lateral line 1 of forehead has significant connection with heart function.
