本文介绍了恩永公司在知识管理方面的实践,主要包括知识管理过程的集中化、规范化,以及明确其中的角色和责任。论文对恩永公司在建立知识共享文化、开发技术与体系结构以及知识形成的活动过程等问题,进行了讨论。
This paper introduces one of the best KM practices in firms. Ernst & Young have built the framework for KM, based on the centralization and standardization of critical KM processes, and formalized the roles and responsibilities both the content and management of those processes. At the same time, E&Y emphasized on building a knowledge-sharing culture, developing the technology and architecture, taking a series of action steps to add value of the knowledge.
