非瓣膜性心房纤颤患者中血小板活化状态的研究

Change of platelet activity in patients with atrial fibrillation companied with cerebral infarction

目的 本研究采用横断面研究的方法 ,通过对非瓣膜性心房纤颤 (AF)以及对照组血小板膜上选择素 (p se lectin)和血小板聚集率的测定 ,探讨非瓣膜性心房纤颤患者血小板的活化状态。方法 测定持续性心房纤颤患者周围血中血小板膜上p selectin的水平以及血小板聚集率 ,并与对照组对比。心房纤颤合并脑梗死 2 0例 ,对照组 2 0例。结果 持续性AF的血小板p selectin水平及血小板聚集率均明显高于对照组。结论 持续性心房纤颤组中p selectin的表达和血小板聚集率都是增高的 。

Objective To investigate the change of platelet activity in patients with atrial fibrillation companid with cerebral infarction and determine whether platelet is activiated in them Methods Sixty subjects were involved in trial There were 20 patients in atrial fibrillation group,and 20 patients in atrial fibrillation companied with cerebral infarction group,and 20 subjects without heart disease in control group We measured the expression of p selectin on platelet membrane or the level of platelet aggregation rate in patients with AF or with AFCI,then compared them with control Results Expression of p selectin in AF group and AFCI group increased;on the other hand,the expression of p selectin was higher in AFCI group than in AF group Platelet aggregation rates in patients of AF and AFCI increased significantly;there was more increase in AFCI group than in AF group Conclusion These results suggest that increase of platelet activity and platelet aggregation rate are related to occurrence of AFCI
