心达康治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的临床观察

摘要 目的 观察雅达心达康片治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法 将入选 60名老年患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予心达康 10mgtid ,心律平 5 0mgtid治疗 ,随访 4周 ,观察症状改善情况和动态心电图 (Holter)变化。结果 心达康组改善冠心病室性早搏症状总有效率达 73 3 3 % ,改善Holter中室性早搏总有效率达 63 3 3 %。结论 心达康组能有效改善患者症状 ,且能明显改善Holter中室性早搏分级。与心律平组比较 。 Objective To observe the effects of Xindakang tablets on coronary artery disease with ventricular extrasystoles in old patients Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups One group was treated with Xindakang tablets and the other was treated with propafenone for four weeks Holter reports were investigated for every patient before and after the trial Results The clinical symptoms and Holter report were improved markedly in Xindakang group(73 33% and 63 33%,respectively) Compared with propafenone group,the effects of Xindakang group had no significant difference Conclusion For old coronary artery disease with ventricular extrasystoles,Xindakang tablets had proved effective There were no significant differences on clinical effect between Xindakang tablets group and propafenone group
