供需驱动视角下河南省土地利用空间均衡度评价研究

Evaluation of Land Use Space Equilibrium Degree from Perspective of Supply and Demand Driven in Henan Province

供给和需求彼此空间错位,是区域空间结构失衡的主要表现,评价土地利用空间均衡度有利于准确识别区域土地利用状态,为制定合理的土地利用政策和制度提供依据。基于供需驱动的视角,依据空间均衡原理,以粮食主产区河南省为研究对象,选用土地利用空间均衡度模型,运用算数平均、几何平均、极值标准化、聚类分析、GIS分析等方法评估了2015年河南省土地利用空间均衡状态。结果表明,河南省18个地市中4个地市处于开发过度状态,9个地市处于相对均衡状态,5个地市处于开发不足状态;河南省土地空间均衡度空间分布从中部向四周各市发散,如"同心圆"式向外呈现出过度开发—相对均衡—开发不足的规律分布。

The main performance of regional space structure imbalance was the dislocation of supply and demand,evaluation of land use spatial equilibrium degree was helpful for accurating identification of regional land use status,and to provide evidence for reasonable land use policy and system. Based on the perspective of supply and demand driven,according to principle of spatial equilibrium,as the major grain producing areas,taking Henan Province as the research object,this paper selected the land use spatial equilibrium model,using the methods,like arithmetic mean,geometric mean,extremum standardization,clustering analysis and GIS analysis to evaluate the land use spatial equilibrium in Henan Province in 2015. The results showed that in the 18 cities of Henan Province,4 cities were overdeveloped,9 cities were in a relative equilibrium state,and 5 cities were underdevelopment. The balance of land space in Henan spread from the center to the surrounding cities,such as the distribution of overdevelopment,relative equalization,and the lack of development.
