“天价虾”事件对青岛旅游网络关注度的影响

Influence of “Tianjiaxia” Events to Qingdao Tourism Network Attention

通过收集网络关注度相关数据,分析了"天价虾"事件的网络影响生命周期、地域范围和对青岛旅游网络关注度的影响。结果发现:(1)"天价虾"事件对青岛旅游发展具有较大的负面作用,使2016年青岛国内旅游客流量增长率下降了1%。(2)"天价虾"事件的网络影响生命周期可划分为酝酿期、爆发期、延续期和衰落期,"天价虾"事件影响地域范围广,涉及国内31个省份。(3)2016年1—9月对青岛旅游网络关注度共损失171.1万人次,"天价虾"事件中各省份对青岛旅游月均网络关注度均有影响,但各省份对青岛旅游网络关注度的损失存在较大差异,导致地区差异的因素主要有经济发展水平、人口数量、网络普及率、与青岛间的距离。

Based on the data of network attention,the life cycle of network effect on'Tianjiaxia'events,geographical scope and influence to Qingdao tourism network attention was analyzed. The results showed that:(1)'Tianjiaxia'events had a negative effect on the development of tourism in Qingdao. Because of the case,the growth rate of domestic tourist traffic dropped by 1% in Qingdao in 2016.(2)The life cycle of network effect on'Tianjiaxia'events could be divided into gestation period,outbreak period,extended period and terminal decline.'Tianjiaxia'events affected a wide range of areas,involving 31 provinces in China.(3)In January 2016 to September,Qingdao tourism network attention loss 1. 711 million visitors,the impact of 'Tianjiaxia'events was throughout the various provinces,but there was a great difference in the provinces of Qingdao tourism network attention loss,the main factors leading to regional differences were the level of economic development,the number of population,network penetration,the distance to Qingdao.
