中国海洋资源效率时空演化及其驱动因素 被引量:4

摘要 基于考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,对2000—2015年我国沿海11个省份的海洋资源效率进行了测算,并结合标准差椭圆、Tobit模型,分析了其时空演化特征及驱动因素。结果表明:2000—2015年全国海洋资源效率呈波动上升趋势,整体上变化幅度较为缓慢;全国海洋资源效率标准差椭圆总体呈现东北—西南的空间格局,海洋资源效率重心主要位于长三角地区;南部、中部、西部内部省际差异较大;陆域经济发展水平、区位优势、海洋产业结构水平是海洋资源效率提升的重要驱动因素。 This paper used the consideration of undesirable outputs Super-SBM modle,measuring marine resource efficiency values for 11 coastal provinces in China during 2000 to 2015.Standard deviation ellipse and Tobit modle were used to explore its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and the main driving factors.The results showed that: Chinese marine resource efficiency showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2000 to 2015,and the overall change was slower.The standard deviation ellipse of national marine resource efficiency was distributed in the northeast-southwest pattern,the focus of marine resource efficiency was mainly located in the Changjiang River Delta Region.The inter-provincial differences between the southern,central and western regions were relatively large.Land economic development level,location advantage,and the level of marine industrial structure were important driving factors for the improvement of marine resource efficiency.
