田园综合体导向下的乡村空间重构研究——以无锡阳山镇拾房村为例

Research on Rural Space Reconstruction under the Guidance of Rural Complex——A Case of Shifang Village of Yangshan Town in Wuxi City

田园综合体是当下拉动我国乡村发展的新生模式。成功的田园综合体可盘活农村的"三生"空间,吸引外来资本的注入,为当地的乡村空间带来重构,提升本地的经济和环境。以无锡市阳山镇拾房村为例,通过实地调研和半结构化访谈,对田园东方的开发建设进行研究。通过对建设田园综合体前后的拾房村"三生"空间进行对比,研究拾房村的乡村重构问题。结果发现:在田园综合体建设前后,乡村的"三生"空间由单一的空间组合变成了复杂的复合型空间,乡村的土地空间得到了升华,构建了产—居—业—游—乐合为一体,农业发展动力强劲、旅游服务功能完善、环境宜居宜业的田园综合体,这不仅是对美丽乡村与新农村建设的积极响应,更营造了一种理想的生活空间。

The rural complex was a new mode of rural development.Successful rural complex could revitalize the rural space,attract funds,bring reconstruction to the local rural space,and improve its economy and environment.Taking the Tianyuan Dongfang of Yangshan Town in Wuxi City as an example,by analyzing the result based on field investigation and semi-structured interviews,this paper explored the development and construction of Shifang.Studying the reconstruction of Shifang through the comparison of the production-living- ecological space before and after the construction of the rural complex,this paper turned out that before the construction,the space composition was very simple and the quality of life there was only suitable for survival.However,Tianyuan Dongfang constructed a rural complex which had powerful development,well tourist service,and well environment for living and business.It was a positive response to beautiful countryside and new rural construction,it also built an ideal living space.
