畜禽养殖场环保支付意愿影响因素及其作用机制分析——基于山东省383份调查问卷的实证分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Willingness to Pay for Environmental Protection in Livestock and Poultry Farms Based on ISM Empirical Analysis——Based on 383 Questionnaires in Shandong Province

作为畜禽养殖业的源头,畜禽养殖场的环保支付对畜禽养殖污染治理效果具有最直接的影响。从个体异质性特征、生产者经营特征、环境认知特征和社会环境特征4个方面分析了畜禽养殖场环保支付意愿的11个影响因素,运用ISM解释结构模型明确了影响因素间的关联关系、作用路径与递阶结构,并通过对山东省383家畜禽养殖场的调查数据对研究结果进行验证。结果表明:在影响畜禽养殖场环保支付意愿的11个因素中,养殖收入、环境污染担忧程度、畜禽养殖污染防治宣传、畜禽养殖污染防治政策执行力度是表层直接驱动因素,专业化程度、生态环境认知、养殖废弃物污染程度认知是中层间接因素,决策者文化程度、养殖规模、养殖年限、养殖培训是深层根源因素。

As the source of livestock and poultry breeding,the environmental protection payment of livestock and poultry farms had the most direct impact on the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding.This paper firstly analyzed the 11 factors influencing the willingness to pay for environmental protection in livestock and poultry farms from four aspects,such as the characteristics of individual heterogeneity,producers’management,environmental cognition and the social environment.The correlation,action path and hierarchical structure among the influencing factors were clarified by the means of ISM and the results were verified by the survey data of 383 livestock and poultry farms in Shandong Province.The results showed that among the 11 factors influencing the willingness to pay for environmental protection in livestock and poultry farms,the raising income,the concern of environmental pollution,the propaganda of livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control of livestock and poultry pollution prevention policy were the direct driving factors.The indirect factors lied in the specialization,the cognition of the ecological environment and cognition of pollution degree of livestock and poultry farming waste.Decision-makers’education level,breeding scale,breeding years and training were the deep factors.
