乡村振兴战略视角下天津城乡产业联动发展路径探析

Research on Interactive Development Path of Rural-urban Industries in Tianjin from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着改革开放的蓬勃发展与新型城镇化的推进,我国发展进入新时代。新时代下城乡差距得到进一步缩小,乡村振兴将成为城乡发展的必经之路。产业兴旺是实现乡村振兴的首要任务,而天津城乡产业发展不均衡一直以来受到严重诟病,城乡产业结构单一,产业附加值不高,缺乏有效的产业联动机制,大大限制了天津市产业结构的优化和转型。通过分析天津城乡产业发展的现实困境,从城乡产业间三个内部逻辑分析入手,构建乡村振兴战略视角下城乡产业联动发展路径,才是促进天津城乡产业发展的治本之策。从多角度紧密结合城乡产业发展的内部逻辑,阐述了乡村振兴战略视角下天津城乡产业联动发展路径的构思。

China entered a new era of development with the vigorous development of reform and opening up and the promotion of a new type of urbanization.The urban-rural gap was further narrowed in the new era,and rural revitalization would become the only way for urban and rural development.The prosperity of the industry was the primary task of rural revitalization,and the unbalanced development of urban and rural industries in Tianjin was seriously criticized.Some problems,such as a single urban-rural industrial structure,low industrial added value,and lack of effective industrial linkage mechanisms,greatly limited the optimization and transformation of industrial structure in Tianjin.Through the analysis of the realistic dilemma of urban and rural industrial development in Tianjin,starting with the three internal logical analysis between urban and rural industries,this paper pointed out that the fundamental solution to promote the development of urban and rural industries in Tianjin was to construct the interactive development path between urban and rural industries from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.This paper elaborated the conception of Tianjin’s interactive development path between urban and rural industries from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,which was closely combined with the internal logic of urban-rural industrial development from multiple perspectives.
