摘要
在构建生态—经济—社会(EES)系统协调发展理论框架与指标体系的基础上,基于GIS技术和协调发展模型揭示了我国地级市生态—经济—社会协调发展时空分异特征,探讨了影响机制。研究表明:①EES巨系统具有子系统内协调与系统间互馈特征。②EES系统协调度呈上升趋势,但整体水平较低且区域差异逐步扩大;空间上,山东半岛、长三角及珠三角等东部地区协调度整体高于中西部内陆边疆地区。③EES系统协调度区域分异特征显著,呈南方大于北方、东部>中部>西部分异特征;等级集聚分异特征明显,呈"等级化"特征,协调度高低与城市行政等级格局保持一致,呈"集聚化"特征,协调度高值和低值区均成群或成片分布。④地理区位与自然环境、战略政策与政治环境、生态—经济—社会子系统统筹发展是驱动EES系统协调发展的三大动力机制。
This paper constructed the theoretical framework and index system of the coordinated development of the ecology-economic-social system(EES),based on GIS technology and coordinated development model,the characteristics of spatio-temporal differentiation of coordinated development of ecology-economic-social system in prefecture level cities of China were revealed,and the influencing mechanism was also discussed.The results showed that:①The EES composite giant system had the characteristics of inter system coordination and inter system feedback.②The degree of coordination of EES systems was on the rise,but the overall level was relatively low and regional differences were gradually expanding.In terms of space,the degree of coordination in the eastern part of Shandong Peninsula,the Changjiang River Delta and the Pearl River Delta was higher than that in the central and western inland border areas.③The characteristics of the EES system’s cooperation area differentiation were significant,showing that the south was larger than the north,the east was larger than the central part and the western part.The characteristics of hierarchical agglomeration were obvious,showing'hierarchical'differentiation characteristics,the degree of coordination was consistent with the administrative hierarchy of cities,showing the characteristics of'agglomeration'differentiation,the distribution of the degree of coordination was all in groups or in slice distribution.④The overall development of geographical location and natural environment,strategic policy and political environment,ecological economy and social subsystem was the three driving mechanism to drive the coordinated development of EES system.
