Analysis on Dynamic Changes and Structural Efficiency of Land Use in Rapid Urbanization Regions:A Case of Jiangsu Province

研究目的:利用江苏省1997—2006年土地利用变更调查数据,分析江苏省近10年间的土地利用动态变化及土地利用结构效率。研究方法:土地利用动态变化数量模型和数据包络分析。研究结果:(1)1997—2006年,江苏省各地市中扬州市的土地利用最为活跃,而连云港市的土地利用最不活跃。(2)全省土地利用程度不断增强,区域土地利用程度存在差异。(3)全省区域间土地利用变化的空间差异明显。(4)DEA弱有效和DEA非有效区域应通过土地利用结构调整,提高土地利用的投入产出水平。研究结论:DEA方法能较好地应用于区域土地利用结构效率分析并有效揭示区域土地利用结构调整的方向。

The purpose of the paper is to analyze dynamic changes in land use and efficiency of land use structure in Jiangsu Province in nearly ten years based on detailed survey data of land use from 1997 to 2006.Methods employed include the quantity model of dynamic change of land use and data envelopment analysis.The resuhs indicated that:(1)from 1997 to 2006,land use of Yangzhou was the most active and Lianyungang was the least active;(2)the land use degree in Jiangsu Province was enhanced constantly,there were differences existing in land use levels of regions;(3)spatial variation of land use changes was obvious in different regions in Jiangsu Province;(4)weak-effective and non-effective areas of DEA shall enhance the level of input-to-output ratio through adjusting the land use structure..It is concluded that the method of DEA can be effectively used to analyze the efficiency of land use structure and reveal the direction of regional land use structure adjustment.
