本文从空间、产业和社会进步三个方面,分析了城乡经济和社会统筹协调发展的内涵,提出了统筹城乡发展的政策取向,即实现城乡平等和增加农民收入、制度创新和调整分配格局,建立城乡联盟的统一战线。

Have analysed th intension of the urban and rural economies and social pool coordinated development from three respects of space,industry and social progress in this text,Having put forward the policy orientation of development in urban and rural areas of the pool,namely it is in urban and rural areas and equal and increase peasant's inconme,system innovation and adjust the pattern of assigning to realize,set up united front of the alliance in urban and rural areas.
