摘要
髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)指髋关节在发育过程中以空间和时间上的不稳定、头臼失同心圆结构为特征的一组病变的总称,严重影响儿童健康。髋关节X线相关二维参数曾经对儿童DDH的诊断发挥了重要作用。随着医疗技术的发展,三维CT技术(three dimensional computed tomography,3D-CT)的出现极大地推动了对儿童DDH的认识、诊断和治疗。本文就儿童DDH的3D-CT测量进行综述,为儿童DDH的三维测量提供新的思路和方法。
Developmental dysplasia of the hip( DDH) is a series of anatomical abnormalities of the hip joint,which is characterized as the abnormal relationship between acetabulum and femoral head and the instability of the concentric reset,which does great harm to children. X-ray once played an important role in the diagnosis of DDH in children. With the development of medical technology,the emergence of three dimensional computed tomography technology has greatly promoted the understanding,diagnosis and treatment of DDH in children. This review briefly summarized the research progress of the measurement of the developmental dysplasia of the hip in children by 3D- CT,which may provide new ideas and methods formeasuring DDH of children in the three-dimensional space.
