摘要
目的应用频域光学相干断层扫描仪对视网膜血管进行测量分析,获取正常人群视网膜血管结构参数的正常参考值,为临床应用提供依据。方法常规眼科检查未见异常的健康成年人群100名的100眼纳入研究。应用谱域光学相干断层扫描仪对眼底视网膜颞上方动静脉进行扫描,获取视网膜断层影像,测量视网膜血管内径、外径数据,计算视网膜血管壁厚度、血管壁环形面积、血管壁/管腔比等血管结构指标。结果本研究正常成年人群的视网膜动脉内径、外径分别为89.26±10.48μm和120.73±11.12μm,视网膜静脉内径、外径分别为112.34±13.57μm和136.75±14.65μm。视网膜动脉管壁较静脉管壁厚,分别为15.18±1.25μm和12.74±1.33μm,差异有统计学意义。动脉血管壁/管腔比值为0.34±0.05,静脉血管壁/管腔比值为0.23±0.03;动脉血管壁横截面积为5187.6±167.8μm2,静脉血管壁横截面积为4773.1±155.2μm2。结论频域光学相干断层扫描能获取视网膜血管横断面影像,可用于分析血管管腔直径、管壁厚度等参数变化,评估眼底视网膜血管的结构改变。
Objective To obtain normal data of retinal vessel structure parameters from healthy individuals using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography( SD- OCT). Methods 100 eyes of 100 healthy adults without any ocular abnormality were selected in this study. One temporal superior retinal vessel pair passing through zone B,which was defined between half and one disc distance from the optic border,was chosen for OCT scan. Results vascular outer diameter and inner diameter were measured on the OCT images,and vessel wall thickness,cross sectional area of vessel wall,and wall / lumen ratio were calculated. Results: The retinal arteriolar outer diameter and inner diameter of our healthy adult individuals were 89. 26 ± 10. 48 μm and 120. 73 ± 11. 12 μm,respectively. For the retinal venule,the outer diameter and inner diameter were 112. 34 ± 13. 57 μm and 136. 75 ± 14. 65 μm,respectively. Retinal arteriolar wall had a significant higher thickness compared to retinal venular wall,15. 18 ± 1. 25 μm versus 12. 74 ± 1. 33μm. The arteriolar and venular wall /lumen ratio were 0. 34 ± 0. 05 and 0. 23 ± 0. 03,the arteriolar and venular wall cross sectional area were 5187. 6 ± 167. 8 μm2and 4773. 1 ± 155. 2 μm2. Conclusions Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography could be a useful tool for imaging of retinal vessels and analysis of retinal vascular structure.
