纳米TiO2颗粒对电沉积Zn-Ni合金镀层组织及其耐蚀性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究纳米粒子对于Zn-Ni合金镀层质量的影响,以双向脉冲电沉积方法制备了ZnNi-TiO2复合镀层,主要从微观形貌、成分、厚度和耐蚀性对镀层进行评价。经研究表明,纳米TiO2颗粒的引入对于所得复合镀层的形貌及成分均有一定的影响,且具有细化晶粒的作用。TiO2颗粒会占据阴极表面的活性位点,抑制Zn2+和Ni2+的沉积。除此之外,TiO2颗粒会破坏Zn(OH)2膜的连续性,在颗粒尺寸较大时破坏性更严重,对于Zn2+沉积的阻碍更为明显。同时,纳米TiO2颗粒的引入会增加镀层厚度,并提高耐蚀性。 In order to study the effect of nanoparticles on the coating quality of Zn-Ni alloy,Zn-Ni-TiO2 composite coating was prepared by bidirectional pulse electrodeposition method.The coating was mainly evaluated from macroscopic morphology,composition,thickness,and corrosion resistance.The study showed that the introduction of nano TiO2 particles had a certain impact on the morphology and composition of the composite coating,and had the effect of grain refinement.TiO2 particles will occupy the active site on the surface of the cathode and inhibits the deposition of Zn2+and Ni2+.In addition,TiO2 particles destroys the continuity of the Zn(OH)2 film.And when the particle size is larger,the destructiveness is more serious and the hindrance to Zn2+deposition is more obvious.At the same time,the introduction of nano TiO2 particles will increase the coating thickness and improve the corrosion resistance.
