摘要
目的寻找基于CT图像快速重建上下无牙颌骨和下颌神经管数字化三维模型方法。方法基于无牙颌组织的锥形束CT图像,利用Mimics、Geomagic Wrap和SolidWorks软件分别对包含下颌神经管的下颌骨以及上颌骨组织进行三维重建。结果应用新方法快速建立了无牙颌骨组织的三维模型,包括下颌骨、下颌神经管、上颌骨部分。结论应用该方法建立三维模型的效率高、时间短,更精确;模型可输出用作CAD(计算机辅助设计)、RP(快速成型)、FEA(有限元分析)研究。
Object To find a method of fast reconstruction of digital three-dimensional models of upper and lower edentulous mandible and mandibular nerve canal based on CT images.Methods Based on cone-beam CT images of dental and maxillary tissues,three-dimensional reconstruction of mandible and maxillary tissues containing nerve canals was performed by using Mimics,Geomagic Wrap and SolidWorks software.Results The three-dimensional model of dental and maxillary tissues,including mandible,mandibular nerve canal and maxilla,was established rapidly by using the new method.Conclusions This method is more efficient,shorter time and more accurate in establishing three-dimensional models,and can be used for CAD(Computer Aided Design),RP(Rapid Prototyping)and FEA(Finite Element Analysis).
