长期以来,在链条炉排中存在着侧密封不严,布风分配不当的问题,使锅炉热损失加大,本文介绍了一种侧密封和风道布风的改造方案,与原结构相比优点明显,能有效减少锅炉热损失。

For a long time there was side clearance leakage andimproper air arrangment in the continuous band fire grate, which madeheat consumption of boiler increase. This paper has introduced an improv-ement on side seal and duct air arrangment. Comparing with the originalconstruction, it has obvions merit and can decrease heat consumptioneffectively.
