徽商精神对供给侧改革视域下高职创新创业教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Huizhou Merchant Spirit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

高职院校创新创业教育目的是进一步促成高水平技术技能型人才的培养。在当前大力提倡供给侧改革的经济形势下,分析徽商精神对高职院校创新创业教育的启示。高职院校在创新创业教育中要大力宣传徽商精神,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,适当运用学徒制进行实践教学,把学生培养成具有创新精神的人才。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is to further promote the cultivation of high-level skilled talents.In the current economic situation of carrying out supply-side reform,this paper focuses on the spirit of Huizhou businessmen and analyzes its inspiration to innovation and entrepreneurship education.And the author also hold that higher vocational colleges should vigorously publicize the spirit,guide students to establish correct outlook on world,life and values,properly use apprenticeship system for practical teaching,and train students to be innovative talents.
