摘要
研究了属性值以及决策者对方案的偏好信息均以三角模糊数形式给出的模糊多属性决策问题.定义了期望值决策矩阵的概念,对于权重信息完全未知或只有部分权重信息的情形,给出了一种基于期望值的模糊多属性决策方法.该法的特点是:既能充分利用已有的模糊客观信息,又能尽可能地满足决策者的主观愿望.最后把该法应用于解决虚拟企业的合作伙伴选择问题.
This paper studies the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems with preference information on alternatives, in which the attribute values and the preference information are expressed in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers, and defines the concept of expected value decision matrix. The method based on expected values is given for fuzzy multipleattribute decision making problems, in which the information on attribute weights is completely unknown or partly known. The method can utilize the known fuzzy objective information sufficiently and can also satisfy the requirements of decision maker as much as possible. Finally, the method is applied to the partner selection of virtual enterprises.
