摘要
本文分析了知识型员工及其劳动的特点 ,提出一种新的知识型员工的劳动度量方法和考核模型 ,进一步调动知识型员工的积极性和创造力 ,促进企业资源的优化配置 ,最终实现企业的持续发展。
In this paper, the feature of the knowledge-based employee and its work are analyzed, and then a new measuring approach of the knowledge-based employee work is presented. The activeness and creativity of the employee are motivated, optimizing resource allocation is prompted, and sustainable development is eventually realized.
