摘要
我国加入世界贸易组织以后 ,经济全球化的步伐有所加快 ,国际与跨文化合作则成为我国经济活动中的重要组成部分。与此同时 ,文化的冲突也常常是影响国际合作的重要因素 ,如何在全球化背景下有效地开展国际经济合作 ,越来越引起人们的重视。本文主要从文化对行为的影响论述跨文化素质的重要性与内涵及培训方法等。
The joining into the WTO has promoted the process of globalization in China. The international and intercultural cooperation has become an important part of the economic life in the country. The intercultural conflicts caused by the socio-political, social-economic and cultural differences, are often one of the important factors which could be very harmful for the international cooperation. How to run the international cooperation effectively is noticed and become a very actual question. In this article, the author tries to describe the importance and content of intercultural competence, which an international manager has to acquire, and to present training method for intercultural competence.
