摘要
目的:测定清开灵注射液中的3种有效成分,黄芩苷、栀子苷和绿原酸的含量。方法:紫外-三波长同时检测的高效液相色谱法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18分析柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相为(A)0.3%甲酸水溶液、(B)甲醇;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL·min-1。检测波长为240 nm(栀子苷)、280 nm(黄芩苷)、330nm(绿原酸);线性梯度洗脱:(B:30%→60%)/(0→25 min)保持10min(B:60%→100%)/(35→40 min) 保持5 min。结果:建立了对清开灵注射液中3个成分进行定量的测定方法,并将此方法用于10批清开灵注射液的各成分测定。结论:为中药注射液提供了更简便、合理、可靠的质控方法。
Objective:To determinate 3 bioactive components in Qingkailing injection,namely geniposide,baicalin and chlorogenic acid quantitively. Methods: A HPLC method detected by 3 different UV wavelengths - 240 nm for geniposide,330 nm for chlorogenic acid,280 nm for baicalin respectively had been developed:Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with linear gradient elution using methanol and 0.3% aqueous formic acid:
(B:30%→60%)/(0→25 min) keep for 10 mm (B:60%→100%)/(35→40 min) keep for 5 mm. Results:This method was applied to determine 3
compounds in 10 different Qingkailing injections successfully. Conclusion: This is a more convenient, reasonable and credible quality control method for the Chinese Medicinal Medicine Injections.
