Determination of Four Main Ingredients in Photifed -M Children Cough Syrup

目的:建立同时检测复方制剂中福尔可定、盐酸伪麻黄碱、愈创木酚甘油醚和盐酸曲普利啶含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18柱,以25 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾水溶液(含2.5 mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠)-甲醇-三乙胺-磷酸(110:90:0.2:0.3)为流动相,流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为255 nm。结果:福尔可定、盐酸伪麻黄碱、愈创木酚甘油醚和盐酸曲普利啶4种成分的回收率分别为102.6%,100.3%,97.36%,96.82%;RSD分别为0.7%,1.1%,0.9%,1.2%(n=7)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method to determine simultaneously pholcodine, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,guaiphenesin and triprolidine hydrochloride in complex preparation. Methods:In the method,the column was C18 ,the mobile phase was 25 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( containing 2. 5 mmol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate) - methyl alcohol - triethylamine - phosphoric acid(110: 90: 0. 2: 0. 3) ,the flow rate was 1 mL·min- 1 and the wavelength of detection was 255 nm. Results: The method recoveries of pholcodine, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, guaiphenesin and triprolidine hydrochloride were 102. 6% , 100. 3% , 97. 36% and 96. 82% respectively ;RSD were 0. 7% ,1.1% ,0. 9% and 1. 2% respectively ( n = 7). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and reliable.
