摘要
分析了健康鱼和患肠炎病草鱼的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性。其淀粉酶最适pH值均为7.2,蛋白酶最适pH值分别为7.0和6.0;其淀粉酶最适温度分别为30℃和35℃,蛋白酶最适温度均为40℃,且患肠炎病草鱼蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性较健康鱼低,但pH值在5.7以下时,患病鱼的蛋白酶活性较健康鱼高;温度在28℃以下时,患病鱼的淀粉酶活性比健康鱼高。
This test analyzed the optimum pH and temperature of diastase and protease that ctenopharyngodon idellus suffering from enterytis.In both heathy and enteritis ctenopharyngodon idellus,the optimum pH of diastase is 7.2,and the optimum pH of proteases is 7.0 and 6.0 respectively.The optimum temperature of diastase is 30℃ and 40℃,and that of proteases is 35℃and 40℃.The diastase activity and the protease activity of ctenopharyngodon idellus suffering from eateritis are lower than that of healthy ctenopharyngodon idellus. But when pH is less than 5.7,the protease activity of sick ctenopharyngodon idellus is higher than that of healthy ctenopharyngodon idellus,and when temperature is less than 28℃,the diastase activity of sick ctenopharyngodon idellus is higher than that of healhty ctenopharyngodon idllus.
