摘要
选取适当大小的花蕾是观察小麦减数分裂成败的关键,小麦的减数分裂发生在拔节后期,为了研究花粉减数分裂动态变化,需要调查研究花粉减数分裂的形态学指标。为此,以5个不同类型小麦品系为材料,对小麦旗叶伸出长度、旗叶距和幼穗长度进行了相关性研究。研究结果表明,小麦旗叶距与旗叶伸出长度及幼穗长度呈极显著相关关系。旗叶距y与旗叶伸出长度x的回归方程为y=0.6144x-9.1081,1.54cm≤x≤28.94cm;小麦幼穗长度y与旗叶距x的回归方程为y=3.2547e0.09x,-8.88cm≤x≤8.78cm。当旗叶距为±3cm时取材,可看到减数分裂各个时期的分裂相。
In order to study the dynamic changes of meiosis in pollen cells of wheat, a correlation analysis were (conducted) between the space of flag leaf and the reached extent of flag leaf, the space of flag leaf and the length of young inflorescences. The results indicated that there was an extremely significant correlation between the space of flag leaf (y) and the reached extent of flag leaf (x) with the regression equation of y=(0.6144x)-(9.1081) ((1.54) cm≤x≤28.94 cm). The regression equation between the length of young inflorescences (y) and the space of flag leaf (x) was y = 3.2547e^(0.09x) (-8.88 cm≤x≤ 8.78 cm). The correlation analysis (between) the space of flag leaf and the dynamic changes of (meiosis) in pollen cells indicated that all stages of (meiosis) in wheat pollen cells could be observed in young inflorescences when the flag leaf space was ±3 cm.
