摘要 光合作用测定在植物生理特性的研究中一直占有重要地位。目前光合速率的测定方法有氧电极法、半叶法和二氧化碳变量法,其中二氧化碳变量法所测数据稳定,使用方便,测量准确,其仪器"Li-6400光合作用测定仪(英文名称:Li-6400portablephotosynthesissystem)"被广泛使用。为了给实际应用提供科学依据,对其在小麦测量过程中各个细节及注意的问题进行了初步研究,增补了一些该仪器测量参数中没有的指标,以供科研人员、实验操作人员在实践中参考应用。 The measurement of photosynthesis has always been considered very important in studying the (physical) features of plant. There are currently three ways (measuring) photosynthetic rate. 'the method of (measuring) the variation of carbon dioxide', one of them, is widely used because of its convenience in usage and its stablity and acurity in data gathered through it. The used (instrument) is Li-6400 portable photosynthesis (system). Many details and some issues that should be given attention to were disccussed in this paper when this (instrument) was used to measure wheat photosynthesis, and some parameters that are not suggested in the (documents) of this (instrument) were also discussed, which was very (practical) to those (scientific) (researchers) and (experimental) operators.
