新世纪高等护理学专业人才培养模式改革研究

社会的进步与医学护理事业的发展,急需创新型护理学人才。新世纪高等护理学专业应对现有的人才培养模式进行改革,以满足个人、家庭、社区对高素质护理人才的需求,这是我国社会、经济发展的客观要求,也是高等护理学专业自身发展的必然趋势。因此,高等护理学专业应从专业设置模式、课程体系的构造模式、培养途径、教学制度、教学组织形式及评价方式等方面来改革人才培养模式,从而有利于培养德、智、体全面发展,具备教学、科研和管理基本能力,能成为从事预防、保健、临床和康复护理工作的高级护理人才。

Social progress and the development of medical nursing cause need more creative nursing talents. Training modes should be reformed for the new century higher nursing specialty to satisfy needs of the individuals, families and comm unities for high quality nursing staff. This is a necessary requirement of socia l and economical development of our country as well as a necessary trend of the development of the nursing specialty. Therefore, the reform should be conducted from the aspects of specialty setup, curriculum system, training process, teachi ng system, teaching constitution and evaluation modes so that all-round develope d professionals can be brought up with basic ability to teach, research and mana ge, and engage in prevention, health care, clinical and healing nursing work.
