畜牧业生产组织形式和生产管理方式的创新

Creativeness of the Productive Organization and Management in Livestock Husbandry

本文以家庭联产承包责任制实施20多年来农村经济发生的新变化和出现的新局面为背景,对农村畜牧业发展面临的生产组织形式和生产管理方式上存在的一些问题进行了分析和梳理,并与一些发达国家的有关情况进行了对比。从扩大饲养规模、改变畜禽饲养方式、畜牧业的企业化和产业发展、畜牧业生产合作和协作组织建设以及市场信息体系建设等方面提出了一些创新性的建议。

This thesis mainly analyzes and sorts out the existing problems in the productive organization and management of the development ofthe livestock husbandry in the countryside, based on the contract managerical responsibility system for family which has been carried out over 20 years and caused great changes , and it has compared with some other de- veloped countries. It has also put forward some creative proposals concerning enlarging the scale of raise , changing the raise forms, developing the joint enterprise, contructing the co-operative association of the livestock husbandry and the marketing information system as well.
