摘要
本试验用旋光法测定盐酸左旋咪唑注射液含量,回收率99.2%,在1.0774～13.4657mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9991。方法简便、快速、准确,有利于生产中的含量控制。
A rapid method for determation of levamisole hydrochloride was developed by optical rotation. The average recovery was 99.2%, and the calibration was linear within the range of 1.0774 ～ 13.4657 mg/mL r=0.9991). The( method is accurate, precise, simple and useful for production.
