创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念是党的十八大以来治国理政新理念、新思想、新战略的重要组成部分,是我们全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的理论指导和实践指南,同时将在很长时期内成为中国发展的理论指导和实践指南。中国人民大学在通州新校区规划建设全面贯彻五大发展理念,立足人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承等大学重要职能,注重研究国内外高等教育发展趋势,汲取世界一流大学校园规划成功经验,努力创建特色鲜明的绿色生态校园、人本人文校园、兼容开放校园、智慧科技校园、持续生长校园。

Development concepts of innovation, coordination, environmental protection, openness and sharing are the important parts of our party's new concept, new ideas and new strategy for governing the country since 18 th CPC National Congress. Also, these five development concepts will be the theoretical and practical guidance for building a well-off society in a long time. Renmin University of China will implement these five development concepts in the new campus construction and planning. Based on personal cultivation,scientific research, social services, cultural heritage and other social functions, RUC will continue focusing on the research of the higher education development, learning the successful planning experience of word-class university, and taking effort to build a green campus,people oriented campus, opening campus, wisdom campus and growing campus.
